NEW YORK(SMI-WIRE,02.19.16)Renowned Peruvian Haute Couture designer " Calos Vigil" delighted a sold-out audience in last day of New York Fashion Week-Fall-Winter-16,exhibiting his latest collection called" Lady of Cao"@The Uptown Fashion Week in New York City.

Carlos Vigil has been a fashion leader in his native Peru for three decades, specializing in haute couture evening dresses and wedding gowns.He is a favorite among celebrities, diplomats and politicians who trust him to create the most exquisite dresses for their top events, as well as TV and theater productions.Carlos Vigil has dazzled audiences in New York City, Miami and Paris with his exquisite designs. He is inspired by the aesthetic and beauty of nature, as well as by the shapes and perfect lines of modern architecturewhere he gets daring combinations of form and color. Textures, contrasts and plays on shapes are some of the tools he uses to create exclusive haute couture designs, with the finest fabrics, made meticulously by hand with attention to detail by a team of Peruvian artisans, trained personally by the designer in all the high fashion techniques used in his collections.

The Carlos Vigil Atelier's new collection , "Cao" was inspired by the pre-colombian Moche culture from the Northern coast of Peru, where Carlos was born, and by the " Lady of Cao ", the only woman priestess and leader ever found in Peru, buried in the most exquisite pyramid overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Collection " Lady of Cao " and this is what he said.

Starlight Latino: Com se llama su nueva coleccion y que nos puede decir acerca ?

Carlos Vigil:La coleccion se llama " Dama de Cao" y esta inspirada de una Diosa Inca y recien hacido descubierta por el grupo Wiese.Es una dama que transformo la historia mi pais (Peru), por eso la inspiracion de la cultura con la moda actual hacido fucionada.

Starlight Latino: Usted ha exibido sus colecciones en Nueva York cuatro veces y por supuesto en Peru, Que otra ciudades ha participado con su colecciones ?

Carlos Vigil: Dubai, Miami, Republica Dominicana, Ecuador, Colombia y Paris.                       Starlight Latino: Casi tres decadas de experiencia en la industria de la Moda,Que nos puede decir; Que tanto la Moda ha cambiado comparando el pasado  con el moderno ?

Carlos Vigil: En mi pais ha cambiado bastante, cuando comenze habia muy

pocos profesionales , pero yo atraves de mi jerarquia de 3 decadas he hecho cine,Television, Telenovelas, tambien he trabajado con Angie Cepeda, actris colombiana y la primeras

damas de Peru & congresistas del govierno Peruano.

Starlight Latino: Que consejo daria ala nueva generacion que quisiera entrar

a la industria de la Moda ?

Carlos Vigil: Bueno a los jovenes disenadores, que es un trabajo espectacularmente

maravilloso y que toma mucho tiempo y mucho compromiso, darle mucho amor a lo que haces.No solo decer disenador de Moda , sino darle mucho amor a lo he haces y pasion.
